Orion Placement in Philadelphia seeks an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal to support a busy litigation team. You will manage cases from filing through trial preparation, draft pleadings and discoveries, and coordinate depositions and medical records under tight deadlines.

You will handle electronic filings in Pennsylvania courts, communicate professionally with clients and attorneys, and maintain organized case files.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting active litigation.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and deadline management skills.
• Experience with New Jersey litigation and e-filing is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive legal team.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with attorneys to manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, complaints, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
• Handle court filings, including electronic filing in Pennsylvania courts.

• Assist with preparing exhibits, trial materials, and other essential litigation documents.

Note

Must have 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including hands-on litigation document preparation and familiarity with Pennsylvania court e-filing procedures.
