The Ward Law Group seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, offering meaningful case ownership and advocacy for injured clients at every stage. This full-time onsite role is based at our New York office.

You will handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution, evaluate claims and negotiate settlements, and coordinate with trial teams to prepare for hearings and trials. A NY license and strong client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New York attorney license in good standing.
• Experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in pre-litigation and litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy; effective client communication.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value; negotiate settlements.
• Oversee discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.
• Keep clients informed and coordinate with support staff.
