You will evaluate claims, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements with insurers, while maintaining strong client communication and case management.

J.D. required, NY Bar in good standing, 3+ years PI experience; onsite role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Active New York attorney license in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury / motor vehicle accident experience preferred.
• Strong writing, client service, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and resolution.
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value.
• Oversee case development, prepare pleadings, and negotiate settlements.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial and coordinate with trial counsel.

Conocimientos

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
