Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Ohio is seeking a High Value Case Manager to join our team. As a High Value Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload.

This person will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic, with experience in personal injury cases and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients via phone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers.
• Obtain documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Work with coworkers to manage case files and maintain organization.
• Prepare demands and submit to carriers.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
