Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a High Value Case Manager to join our team. You will work closely with attorneys to develop settlements, prepare documents, and manage a varied caseload on-site with direct access to the team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a legal role or insurance adjustment, strong writing and communication skills, and proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, typing 35+ wpm. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; 35+ wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients by phone and in person.
• Obtain medical records and communicate with providers.
• Support attorneys with settlements, documents, and correspondence.
• Manage case files from intake to closing.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Prepare demands for carriers under attorney guidance.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopses when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
