Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a High Value Case Manager to support attorneys with developing settlements, preparing documents, and maintaining client relations.

The role emphasizes organization, empathy, and collaborative work with insurance carriers and providers. Ideal candidates will have experience in personal injury case management or related legal/insurance settings, with strong writing and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook); 35+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records and liaise with clients and providers during treatment.
• Prepare settlement documents and necessary support for carriers.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other staff across case files.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive demands under attorney supervision.
