Job summary

Service Corporation International is hiring a Supervisor to oversee the Personal Care Center operations in Loveland, CO. The role directs staff, ensures policy adherence, and optimizes client satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include training, scheduling, equipment monitoring, and acting as PCC Manager when needed. Strong communication, compassion, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• State-specific diploma or accreditation required.
• State licensing/certifications must be held.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• At least five years in funeral home, care center and/or decedent care preparation.
• Computer skills including MS Office.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to prioritize and organize with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Personal Care Center operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including embalming, removals, dispatching and related activities.
• Assist PCC staff and prepare tasks.
• Monitor crematory equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Direct daily schedules and meet commitments to funeral homes, cemeteries and external customers.
• Communicate with Manager and staff to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Drive performance improvements in JD Powers appearance-related metrics.
• Meet and exceed client expectations.
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements.
• Order, inventory and manage supplies and other merchandise.
• Act as PCC Manager when the Manager is absent.
