Qualifications

• Education State specific required diploma or accreditations
• Certification/License Holds and maintains any State specific licensing and/or certifications
• Valid State Driver's License
• Experience At least five (5) years of funeral home, care center and/or decedent care preparation

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day Care Center operations and ensures compliance with regulations
• Develops work schedules, delegates assignments, and communicates priorities and expectations
• Trains team on safe working environment and procedures
• May retrain staff to ensure compliance with operating procedures of corporate, federal, state and local regulations, including OSHA regulations and Safety and Environmental guidelines
• Maintains equipment and inventories; requests maintenance and repairs as needed
