Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; Mortuary Science preferred; state requirements may apply.
• Bachelor’s in Mortuary Science may be required by state law.
• Technical school diploma acceptable depending on state/province rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single Care Center location and line of business.
• Develop annual business plan, budget, and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, train, assess staff, and manage performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and community engagement.
