Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within a few months.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending solutions.
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, loans).
• Refer licensed sales opportunities to Merrill, Lending, and Small Business partners.
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Collaborate with teams to serve consumer and small business clients.
• Assist clients with self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities.
