Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through cold calling, daily outbound calls and sales meetings, and group presentations of banking products and services.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with fast, easy, and personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and client retention goals through relationship management and sales strategies.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions including deposits, digital banking, credit cards, and lending.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and ensure comprehensive solutions.
• Accurately open and service accounts, process transactions, and complete documentation per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and security requirements.
• Complete required training and maintain knowledge of products, regulations, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
