Qualifications

• Notary commission or ability to obtain within months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and guidance.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Leverage resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines for daily activities.
• Manage client interactions and determine best action for bank and clients.
