Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending best products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to partners (Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Leverage prior experience to handle more complex financial needs.
• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on simple self-service transactions.
• Utilize resources and processes to enhance client experience and operational excellence.
