Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with clients by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools
• Assist clients with self-service transactions and digital tools
• Open and maintain accounts in compliance with procedures
• Support financial center teams and deliver operational excellence
