Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions and referrals to specialists.
• Offer and explain banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs; manage risk in transactions.
• Collaborate with teams to serve consumer and small business clients.
• Educate clients on self-service tools and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
