Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending banking products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in every transaction and use available tools.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital tools.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities such as opening and maintaining accounts.
