Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions and proactive follow-up
• Promote banking products (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans, credit cards) and refer to partners as needed
• Ensure compliance with policy, risk controls, and regulatory requirements in every interaction
• Educate and assist clients in using self‑service technologies and digital tools
