Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales by sourcing and managing relationships, educating customers on banking products.
• Handle loan applications (Home Equity and other retail loans) and referrals to internal partners.
• Mentor colleagues on sales conversations to deepen relationships.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and partner with other bank areas for related services.
• Provide high-level customer service, resolve issues, and manage customer data for tailored recommendations.
• Perform teller duties, balance cash drawer, and support branch operations.
• Participate in risk management, audits, and compliance activities; travel to other locations as needed.
• Coach and develop less experienced staff and act as a professional role model.
