First American Bank in Illinois is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to join the Retail Banking team. You will serve as a branch leader, delivering professional customer service while acting as a subject matter expert in the bank’s personal banking products and services.

You will source new relationships, deepen existing ones, assist with retail loans including home equity, and mentor teammates to meet sales goals while ensuring compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in business or related field a plus.
• Minimum of two years of personal banking experience required.

Responsabilités

• Source, develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers; educate them on personal banking products.
• Take home equity and other retail loan applications; close loans and refer mortgages to internal partners.
• Mentor colleagues in sales conversations and lead customer-facing presentations to promote bank products.
