Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• College degree in business or related field a plus.
• Minimum one year of personal banking, customer service, or sales experience required.

Responsabilités

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers by identifying needs and educating them about banking products.
• Take loan applications, close loans, and refer mortgages to internal partners.
• Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts and educate customers on online banking and mobile tools.
• Provide teller services and assist customers with cash transactions and balance reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures and manage customer issues to resolution.
