Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• College degree in business or related field a plus.
• Proven ability to handle cash transactions and compute with US currency.
• Experience in personal banking or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain relationships with customers by identifying needs and educating them about banking products.
• Take loan applications and assist in closing loans.
• Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts (consumer, business, IRAs).
• Provide teller services and assist customers with online banking and mobile tools.
• Participate in outbound calls, community events, and sales activities to meet targets.
