Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet.
• Leads with a proactive sales approach through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions and mitigates risk by adhering to policies.
