Job summary

PNC Financial Services in Florida is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to join our Retail Bank team. This in-office role serves branches across the Central Palm Beach Region, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

You will acquire and deepen the customer base, lead proactive sales conversations, and collaborate with partners to grow share of wallet. The role requires 4+ years of related experience, an Associates degree, and eligibility to serve as a Notary Public.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent.
• Notary Public eligibility required in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Leads proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process and outbound calling.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions for customers.
• Leverages ecosystem partnerships to grow customer share of wallet.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and participating in branch daily operations.
