Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to grow and deepen the branch customer base while delivering exceptional service. You will engage customers with a proactive sales approach, leveraging internal processes and lobby engagement to identify suitable PNC solutions and enhance financial wellbeing.

You will work with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to expand wallet share and ensure a differentiated customer experience across branch interactions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related business or banking experience.
• Notary Public license in the applicable state required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet.
• Lead proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a comprehensive PNC conversation to identify suitable financial solutions and educate customers on options.
