PNC is seeking a Senior Branch Banker to drive proactive sales, deepen customer relationships, and deliver expert financial guidance at branch locations across the region. The role emphasizes customer loyalty, portfolio growth, and risk-aware operations within a supportive in-office culture.

As part of the Retail Branch organization, you will engage with customers to identify PNC solutions, leverage ecosystem partnerships, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Notary Public eligibility in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base with proactive sales and service activities.
• Lead with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Drive customer loyalty and growth of wallet share through differentiated service and expert product knowledge.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Ensure risk management by adhering to policies and procedures and performing daily branch operations.
