• Understand client relationships and engage subject matter experts to explore opportunities.
• Process wires, fund transfers, account openings and maintenance; ensure accurate records.
• Communicate with relationship management to obtain information and fulfill requests.
• Handle deposit-related activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise in deposit services as directed.
