Northern Trust is seeking a senior wealth management professional in Dallas to develop new client relationships and manage complex banking and treasury services. You will identify opportunities beyond traditional banking, structure loans and leases, and advise clients on wealth management goals in a cross-functional, high-impact role.

Qualifications

5+ years in financial analysis and client servicing, or commercial lending/leasing.
Experience leading teams or projects with moderate complexity.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a flexible and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

Develops new relationships and marketing strategies for clients.
Manage complex wealth management banking and treasury client relationships.
Structure and negotiate loans and leases per guidelines.
Advise clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management.
Generate leads through COIs and expand client network.
