Trinity Health is seeking an experienced OR Service Line Coordinator (RN) in Des Moines, IA to ensure clinical operations readiness and coordination for defined surgical service lines. The role acts as the clinical and operational expert for assigned specialties, driving readiness across people, processes, equipment, supplies and physician engagement.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, Iowa RN licensure, BLS, and at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Formación

• Must have Iowa RN license or ability to obtain licensure in IA.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required within five years of hire or transfer.
• BLS certification required within three months of hire.
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Knows and upholds Trinity Health and MercyOne Mission, Vision and Values.
• Performs independent perioperative nursing functions to ensure safe patient care.
• Collaborates with patients, surgeons, anesthesia and OR team; maintains preference cards.
• Engages in performance improvement and ongoing departmental education.
• Serves as primary clinical operations lead for assigned surgical service lines.
• Ensures end-to-end readiness for scheduled procedures including equipment and supplies.
