MercyOne Medical Group in Des Moines, IA seeks an experienced OR Service Line Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical operations readiness for defined surgical service lines. You will ensure equipment, implants, and supplies readiness and engage physicians to optimize care.

The role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care with collaborative leadership, professional development, and contribution to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN within five years of hire or transfer, with continuous enrollment.
• Current Iowa RN license or ability to obtain.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification is preferred.
• Collaborative, shared leadership approach.

Responsabilités

• Primary clinical operations lead for assigned surgical service lines.
• Ensure end-to-end readiness for scheduled procedures (equipment, implants, supplies).
• Collaborate with patients, surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team; manage training and preference cards.
• Participate in performance improvement and ongoing departmental education.
