Qualifications

• Must possess current Commonwealth of Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
• CNOR certification required.
• BSN preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other disciplines to facilitate delivery of patient care.
• Ensures equipment and instrumentation are available for scheduled surgeries.
• Leader and mentor for clinical staff within the service line.
• Optimizes daily staffing assignments with the ANM/NM.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and governance councils.
• Provides education and training on new technology and equipment to team members.
