Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massachusetts RN license and BSN.
• CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of perioperative nursing leadership.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and staffing skills.
• Knowledge of AORN standards and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead perioperative teams to ensure safe, efficient surgeries.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
