Tufts Medicine is seeking a seasoned perioperative/ operating room focused Registered Nurse to develop and lead nursing practice within a designated area. This role supports patient care from assessment to outcomes, including collaboration with surgeons, physicians and staff to ensure safety and quality.
The RN must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required.
Qualifications
- BLS certification is required.
- Two years of nursing experience with one year in clinical specialty.
- Certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required depending on department.
Responsabilités
- Interprets, supports, and practices the hospital and perioperative mission.
- Serves as clinical resource and role model for perioperative nursing.
- Develops, monitors, and evaluates QA projects; plans one QA project per year.
