Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader for the Operating Room. The role oversees perioperative care, coordinates with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Candidates should have 3–5 years OR circulating/scrubbing experience, CNOR eligibility within 2 years, and MA RN licensure with active BLS/ACLs as applicable. This is a full-time position with on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• RN Massachusetts license or eligibility required.
• BSN or BS with 20 CEUs per evaluation year.
• 3–5 years circulating/scrubbing in OR; CNOR within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status across surgical specialties.
• Plan, supervise and evaluate perioperative nursing care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, OR staff.
• Mentor and mentor new OR RNs in specialty.
• Maintain supply/inventory and collaborate on equipment.
