Qventus, Inc. is seeking a Senior Surgical Growth Implementation Success Partner to lead the most complex perioperative deployments, spanning multiple service lines and sites.

You will own the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration through hypercare, partnering with Sales to shape scope and set delivery expectations, and advising perioperative executives and IT teams during delivery. Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• 8+ years in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health system.
• 8+ years cross-functional leadership across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex perioperative implementations across multiple service lines.
• Shape scope with Sales before delivery handoff and set expectations.
• Act as strategic advisor to perioperative leadership and C‑suite.
• Manage relationships with executive and senior operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, and Client Success Partners.
• Drive adoption and ROI through dashboards and reporting.
