Job summary

Qventus is seeking a Senior Surgical Growth Implementation Success Partner to lead complex perioperative deployments across multi-site accounts.

You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration through hypercare, partnering with Sales to shape scope and set delivery expectations, and serving as the strategic advisor to perioperative executives, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams once delivery is underway.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• 8+ years in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems.
• 8+ years cross-functional experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Experience leading large, complex implementations with executive engagement.
• Proven track record scoping, validating, and handing off enterprise deployments with Sales.
• Knowledge of perioperative metrics and EHR architecture and workflows.
• Willingness to travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales prior to delivery to shape scope and set expectations.
• Define and manage deployment timelines across multiple facilities.
• Lead large perioperative implementations across service lines and leaders.
• Advise perioperative leadership and C-suite on scope, risk, and strategy.
• Build relationships with client executives and operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, and Client Success Partners.
• Ensure periop requirements are met and drive user adoption.
