Job summary

Fort Washington Investment Advisors in Cincinnati seeks a senior leader to own performance and reconciliation functions. You will oversee daily, monthly and quarterly calculations of portfolio and composite performance from Eagle Pace across Institutional and Private Client segments.

You will drive efficiency, manage risk, and ensure timely posting and data quality while collaborating with Enterprise teams and Audit functions. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA/CFA/CIPM preferred for advanced leadership.
• Proven understanding of financial services and investments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Solid business knowledge in accounting, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and reconciliation functions, prioritizing projects and ad‑hoc requests.
• Oversee calculation and delivery of portfolio and composite performance monthly, daily and quarterly.
• Manage reconciliation across FWIA, Bloomberg and custodians for hundreds of accounts.
• Develop frameworks to reduce risk and increase efficiency through technology.
• Support GIPS compliance and collaborate with Marketing for deliveries.
• Provide direction, coaching and staff development; recruit and train.
• Partner with other areas to ensure timely posting of transactions.
