Job summary

Wealthspire (Fiducient Advisors) in Windsor, CT, is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze a diverse client portfolio using performance tools, while supporting the performance team and related processes.

You will review reports, mentor junior analysts, and build complex client reporting structures. A Bachelor's in Finance or Economics, CFA/CIPM preferred, and 3–5 years of experience are expected; hybrid work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics; CIPM/CFA preferred.
• 3–5 years in investment consulting or financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portals a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of capital markets including equity, fixed income and alternatives.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Assist with team processes and develop insights into client portfolios.
• Calculate, verify and reconcile performance returns using custodial data.
• Create and execute complex client reporting structures.
• Support Investment Consultants and Client Analysts on ad-hoc projects.
