Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking a Senior Media Planner, Performance, to understand clients' businesses and drive growth through paid advertising across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.

You will manage media planning, ad buying, trafficking, optimization, and reporting, while guiding junior planners and presenting plans to clients. This is a remote-first role with optional in-office days and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of advertising or media agency experience.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience guiding or reviewing junior planners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns from setup to reporting.
• Execute a wide variety of online media, focusing on PPC and paid social.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging with measurement teams.
• Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, and bidding, and translate results into optimization recommendations.
• Construct and deliver detailed monthly reports and present to clients.
• Present media plans and strategic recommendations to clients with Supervisor support.
