Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking a Senior Media Planner, Performance, to plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, drive performance, and lead client communications from strategy through reporting.

You will collaborate with the Brand Media team, guide Associate Media Planners, and stay current with media trends to deliver integrated, ROI-focused plans for US clients.

Qualifications

3-4 years of advertising or media agency experience with hands-on performance media management.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to liaise across client teams.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated media plans and strategy with a performance focus.
Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting.
Execute online media including PPC, paid social, display, and video.
Set up and QA tracking pixels and conversions with analytics teams.
Design tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding to drive optimization.
