InterGame Ltd is seeking a Casino Operations Advisor to guide operating models, optimise the player lifecycle, and drive monetization for social casino, sweepstakes, iGaming, or crypto casino initiatives on a global remote basis.

You will partner with product, marketing, data, and other functions to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities, leveraging KPIs such as DAU, GGR, ARPU, and retention. A data-driven, commercially minded professional with 8+ years in the sector is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in iGaming, Social Casino, Sweepstakes or Crypto Casino.
• Proven track record scaling gaming operations.
• Data-driven and commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise on casino business operations and operating models.
• Optimise the player lifecycle from acquisition through VIP retention and reactivation.
• Advise on VIP strategy, CRM, retention, promotions and rewards.
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance on operational KPIs including DAU, FTD, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV and retention.
• Support market expansion, planning and new initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Data and Customer Service functions.
