Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Manager to lead paid search and paid social programs that generate qualified investor leads and drive pipeline growth. You will manage six-figure monthly budgets, optimize campaigns, and partner with agencies and internal teams on strategy, testing, and reporting.

The role is remote with a base salary in the $140k–$150k range, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Experience in financial services and GA4 are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Experience in financial services or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
• Experience with GA4 and marketing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Manage six-figure monthly digital media budgets.
• Partner with agencies on strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Develop audience strategies, keyword portfolios, and landing page optimization.
• Implement A/B testing for creative, messaging, and offers.
• Track ROI and lead quality with analytics and CRM teams.
