Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, copy, and testing. You will lead client conversations, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified appointments for high-net-worth prospects.

You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, report on results, collaborate with creatives, and develop data-driven testing strategies to improve funnel performance. Remote-friendly with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly integrations and Zapier automations.
