Job summary

Talkspace is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive Tee's customer acquisition and product-led growth. You will own day-to-day management across SEM, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, turning data into strategic plans and creative briefs.

You will partner with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Finance to optimize funnel performance, run structured testing, and forecast spend. This is a remote role based on Eastern Time with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital customer acquisition.
• Experience with major paid acquisition channels and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable media strategy and creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of Tee’s performance marketing programs across paid channels (SEM, Meta, TikTok).
• Translate growth objectives into channel strategies, campaign plans, and optimization priorities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting; monitor CAC/CPA, conversion rate, and efficiency.
• Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap; synthesize results into learnings for future investments.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Finance to drive growth priorities.
