10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or paid acquisition.
Experience owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple channels.
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid acquisition across channels.
Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and agencies to maximize pipeline growth.
Optimize campaigns, bidding, messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths.
Serve as strategic partner for Demand Gen, Growth Marketing, ABM, and Web Marketing.
Provide paid media reporting and budgeting recommendations.
