Job summary

Brainrider is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own strategy, quality, and performance across paid channels. This remote US role emphasizes execution, QA, and collaboration with agency partners to achieve high standards of performance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has agency experience managing multi-channel campaigns, and brings deep SEM expertise, meticulous QA, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of performance marketing experience with deep SEM/paid search expertise.
• Agency background strongly preferred with multi-account management.
• Meticulous attention to detail in ad previews and naming conventions.
• Proven ability to manage and QA agency partners.
• Track record managing substantial paid media budgets.
• Proactive communicator with transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with GA, Looker, Tableau.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for agency partners managing paid search, video, social, and programmatic campaigns — setting expectations, defining priorities, and surfacing gaps or underperformance.
• Own rigorous QA of all agency output — campaign builds, keyword lists, bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, tracking/tagging, and budget pacing.
• Review creative assets against platform specs and safe zones before launch; ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Enforce strict naming conventions across campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and UTMs; maintain audit-ready accounts.
• Maintain a tight operating cadence with clean taxonomy, organized folders, and current documentation.
• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other SEM platforms; define architecture and budgets.
• Own paid social strategy across Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok, and more.
• Drive the experimentation roadmap; document learnings and ensure actioning.
• Manage significant monthly budgets with focus on CPA, ROAS, and LTV/CAC.
