Job summary

Tines, a leading AI-powered workflow platform, is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale global paid acquisition. You will develop and execute strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels, driving pipeline growth and ROI.

In this remote-friendly role, you’ll partner with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and agency partners to optimize campaigns, messaging, and landing pages, while leveraging data and AI to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition.
• Proven experience owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid acquisition across search, social, display, review sites, communities, retargeting, and emerging channels like CTV.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, messaging, creative, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Serve as the strategic paid acquisition partner for Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, ABM, and Web Marketing.
• Partner with Regional Field Marketing teams to develop paid acquisition strategies that support regional pipeline goals across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Support Revenue Marketing’s acquisition goals by developing paid acquisition strategies that drive qualified pipeline and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Web Marketing to improve campaign messaging and post-click conversion.
• Own paid media reporting, performance analysis, budget recommendations, and investment planning with RevOps and Finance.
• Manage agency partners and ensure accountability for campaign performance and outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate new channels, technologies, and AI-enabled workflows to improve performance.
