Indeed is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to own strategy and execution of performance creative across digital channels. You will oversee agency partners and guide the development and optimization of creative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven experimentation, scalable processes, and communicating insights to executives to continuously improve creative effectiveness and business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Expert in creative briefing, development, team management, and creative operations/process design within agency or large corporate environments
• Experience building performance marketing testing roadmaps and ongoing learning agendas to drive optimization
• Deep experience across media platforms, including social media, audio, CTV, and broadcast channels
• Experience applying both quantitative and qualitative creative research methods
• Ability to synthesize actionable insights from performance analytics, cultural research, competitive analysis, and industry best practices
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams, plus working knowledge of generative AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency partners, guide development and optimization of performance creative.
• Partner with Performance Media, Marketing Science, and cross-functional teams to develop, test, measure, and refine campaigns.

• Continuously improve creative effectiveness through data-driven experimentation and ongoing optimization to achieve key goals.
