Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for Search & Social to drive ecommerce demand for our pet nutrition brands. You will optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Chewy, Amazon, and retail partnerships to balance CAC with LTV.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Strategy, you will lead brand awareness and work with Marketing, Channel, and Analytics teams to measure impact on online and offline sales.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of performance or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing paid search and social campaigns at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with attribution modeling and MMM.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own bottom-funnel performance marketing strategy balancing CAC and LTV.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
• Own day-to-day campaign management and optimization across channels.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Digital, and Ecommerce teams for launches.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, MER).
• Run A/B tests on targeting, landing pages, and creative.
• Build dashboards with Analytics for real-time visibility.
• Identify insights to inform targeting and creative strategies.
• Coordinate with CRM/Lifecycle Marketing for retention campaigns.
• Manage relationships with agency partners and platforms.
