Sequencing is hiring a Senior Marketing Designer to drive social ad campaigns for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with static, motion, and AI-generated formats. You will test ideas, analyze results with the growth team, and iterate quickly using AI tools daily.

• 5+ years in marketing, growth, or performance design.
• Portfolio of social media ads showing tests, learnings, and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad formats.
• Hands-on AI tools for images, video, or editing in daily work.
• Strong motion/video editing skills (AE, Premiere, CapCut or similar).
• Advanced Figma skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create social ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (static, motion, creator-style, AI-generated).
• Test a wide range of ideas and formats; review results with growth team and iterate.
• Use AI tools daily to speed production and explore ideas (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, ElevenLabs).
• Design landing pages, emails, and lifecycle creative to improve conversion.
• Evolve brand system and maintain organized assets and templates.
