We design performance-driven static and short-form video ads for Meta and other paid social channels, with UGC-style and AI-generated creatives. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience with proven paid social performance for DTC/B2C brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating performance marketing work, not purely branding or organic social.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI image/video tools.
